JORDAN BROWN teaches 8th grade Pre-Algebra and high school Statistics. She has a B.S. in Mathematics and a Masters in Education from The University of Tennessee. Mrs. Brown is from Johnson City, TN, and has been teaching in Knoxville since 2014. She joined the CCS faculty in 2023.
GINA ANDERSON teaches Middle School History. She has an M.A. in Education from Regent University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Lee University. Mrs. Anderson also completed the Tennessee Teaching License Program from Lincoln Memorial University and has been teaching since 2017.
JONAH CASTONGUAY earned his B.A. in Christian Studies from Anderson University in South Carolina. He is currently pursuing his M.Div from Anderson University Clamp Divinity School. He teaches 7th grade Bible and joined the CCS faculty in 2022.
Greg Chapman teaches 6th Grade Science and STEM. He has a Bachelors in Science degree from California Polytechnic State University. His teaching career began in 2014, and he joined the CCS family in 2023. Having both played and coached soccer and baseball in previous years, Mr. Chapman currently coaches the CCS Boys varsity soccer team.
Lydia Collins began working at CCS in 2023 as the Middle School P.E. (6th & 7th grade) and as the 4th & 5th grade Teachers Assistant. She has a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science with a Coaching minor from Tusculum University. Being a Lydia collegiate volleyball player all 4 years of college at Tusculum, Ms. Collins coaches the High School JV Volleyball team and assists with the Varsity Volleyball team. During basketball season, she coaches the High School JV Girls Basketball team and assists with the Varsity Girls Basketball team. Lydia has been a Young Life leader for 5 years in Greeneville,TN.
PAMELA DELORENZO is a veteran teacher who has a B.S. degree in Education. She also has an Associate degree in Nursing. She teaches Middle School Science and joined the CCS faculty in 2021.
ALLISON DOBIAS teaches Middle School and High School Theatre Arts and Broadcasting. She earned a B.A. in Film and Digital Media and Theatre from Carson Newman University. She began working in education in 2021. She is also the Yearbook Advisor.
TANYA FLETCHER teaches Middle School Language Arts. She has an M.S. in English as a Second Language Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from the State University of NY at Geneseo.
REBEKAH LINCOLNOGGER teaches Middle School Lanugage Arts. She has an M.A. in Teaching from Augusta University and a B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been teaching since 2013 and joined the CCS faculty in 2022.
STEVEN MADONNA teaches Middle School Bible. He earned an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Seminary and has a B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He has been teaching Bible since 2013 and joined the CCS faculty in 2022.
BRANDON MCBATH teaches Middle School Art and Art Appreciation. He earned a BFA in Studio Art and an Art History Minor from the University of Tennessee. He has been working in education since 2016.
DAWN MCGUIRE is the Academic Support teacher for 7th and 8th grades. She earned an M.Ed. in Reading Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.A. in Elementary Education and Psychology from Nazareth College of Rochester. She joined the CCS faculty in 2014. After teaching 5th grade at CCS for 7 years, she moved to middle school academic support where she enjoys the one on one interaction with students.
JENNY MILLER teaches Middle School Bible and Community Leadership. She earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Southeastern College at Wake Forest. She has been working in education since 2017. Mrs. Miller joined the CCS faculty in 2023.
CHASE NEWSOME graduated from Johnson University with a History, Bible, and Theology degree. He teaches 6th and 7th grade History. He also coaches Middle School and High School Baseball. Mr. Newsome joined the CCS faculty in 2021.
SHAINA ORLANDO received her M.S. in Education and Educational Administration and B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development from the California State University at Fullerton. She has over 20 years of public and private teaching experience having taught almost all subjects in those years. She joined the CCS faculty in 2023.
LAUREN POTTER received her Bachelor's of Music in Church Music from Carson-Newman University. She teaches 6th, 7th, 8th, and High School Chorus and leads the High School Worship Team. Ms. Potter joined the CCS Faculty in 2023.
STEVE PRINCE received his degree from the University of Tennessee. He teaches Middle School History and is the high school and middle school Track and Cross Country Coach. He has been teaching since 1988 and has been named the Knox News Xtra Cross Country and Track Coach of the Year seven times. Mr. Prince joined the CCS faculty in 2022.
NATALIE RENFROE is the CCS Band Director. She earned M.S. in Music Education from the University of Tennessee and a B.A. in Music Performance and International affairs from Florida State University. She has served as Principle horn for Akademie Ved Orchestra in Prague, Czech Republic, and currently subs as French Horn with the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra.
ELISA ROBERTS has over 18 years of teaching experience both here and abroad. She has an M.A. in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Elisa also has a B.A. in Music Education.
HONEY SPALVINS teaches 7th grade Earth Science. She has a BA in psychology and a Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mrs. Spalvins is from Nashville, TN, and has been teaching in Knoxville since 1999. She joined the CCS faculty in 2023.
SARAH STARKEY is teaching Middle School Math. She earned a B.A. from the University of Tennessee, majoring in Psychology. Mrs. Starkey also holds a Paralegal Degree from NCPT in Atlanta, GA. She has been working in education since 1998 in administration and the classroom.
LINCOLN THOMAS is the Director of Strength and Performance and was hired in 2021. He has a Master's in Education from Lipscomb University. Coach Thomas has over 25 years of coaching experience and currently holds and maintains the following certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, High School Strength Coach Certification, and Olympic Weightlifting Certification.
NICOLE WIGGINS received her degrees from the University of West Florida and Southeast Baptist Theological Seminary. She has been teaching Algebra since 2020 and joined the CCS faculty in 2022. She also has experience as a missionary training students and leading the North London city team for the International Mission Board.
