Concord Leadership Team
DONALD E. SNIDER, JR is the Head of School and Athletic Director for CCS. He earned an Ed.S in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee Technological University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University, and a B.S. in Education from Evangel University. He currently serves on the ACSI Southeast Committee for Accreditation. In 2016, he was selected as Principal of the Year for the 4th district of Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association. Mr. Snider has been working in education since 1985. Mr. Snider has recently been elected to the Executive Board of the National Association of Christian Schools.
JEN STUDT is the Elementary Principal and is originally from Syracuse, New York where she has taught various grade levels since 2010. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Messiah College and an M.A. degree in Differentiated Instruction from Concordia University. She joined the CCS faculty in 2021 and became the Elementary Principal in 2022.
KAREN LITTLETON is the Assistant Principal of the Elementary School. She earned an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Kentucky with an emphasis on Reading. She also has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Tennessee Technological University. Mrs. Littleton has been working in education since 2001.
BRICE RICHARDS is the Assistant Head of School and Middle School Principal. He earned an M.A. in Teaching from City University and a Master's in Business Administration from Washington State University. Mr. Richards also has a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Central Washington University. He has been working in education since 2005.
VANESSA MILLS is the Business Manager. She earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Tennessee. She has worked at CCS since 1998.
LORNA KEETON is the Director of Marketing and Development. She earned an MBA with a focus in Marketing from King University. She also has an MSN from the University of Tennessee and a BSN from Tennessee Technological University. After working for Children's Hospital for twenty-three years, Mrs. Keeton joined CCS in 2020.
ALY GRIMES is the Director of Admissions. She earned a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Technological University. She has been working in education since 2011.
MACKENZIE SNIDER is the Director of International Programs. She earned her B.A. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and M.A. in Intercultural Education from Johnson University. Ms. Snider is TESOL certified and has worked in a variety of cross-cultural settings both abroad and stateside. Mackenzie’s love of culture and travel has led her to over 40 different countries.
DANIEL HEAD has been working in education since 2006. As an educator, Daniel has worked as a classroom teacher, school counselor, assistant athletic director, assistant principal, middle school principal, high school principal, and now athletic director. Daniel has worked with students and families in Oregon, Washington, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee.
ALEXIS HEAD has been working with children since 2004. She has a B.A. in Business Administration with a Management focus from Evangel University. Alexis has worked with students and families in both Children's Ministry and Preschool Education in Washington, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee.
JESSICA SOWA earned her M.S. from the University of La Verne in Child Development and a B.S. in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University. She has a background of working in preschool teaching, behavioral therapies, substitute teaching K-12, and church school administration since 2005.
LAURA ZEBROSKI is the Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. She earned an M.S. in Education from Columbia International University and has a B.S. in Education from Valdosta State University. She has worked in education since 2003 and has led several ACSI accreditation teams as well as served a term on the ACSI Board of Commissioners.
Additional School Leadership
AMANDA BALDWIN began working at CCS in 2002 and became the IT Director for the school in 2007. She graduated with an M.A. in Bible and Educational Technology from Johnson University. She also has a B.S. degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies from Tennessee Technology University.
BRAD COCHRAN has been in education and coaching since 2012. As an educator, Brad has worked as a classroom teacher, transition coach and graduation counselor. Currently Brad is Director of Concord Sports. As a coach, Brad has coached football and basketball for over 11 years in the State of Tennessee.
Chyrl Dixon is an Assistant Director at KidzConnect After School and Summer Day Camp. She attended Pellissippi Community College. She has worked for KidzConnect in various roles since 2011.
Melissa Madonna is the Assistant Director for Concord Christian Preschool. She earned a M.A. in Human Services Counseling with a Marriage and Family focus from Liberty University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Melissa has been working in Christian education since 2014.
STEVEN MADONNA teaches Middle School Bible. He earned an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Seminary and has a B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He has been teaching Bible since 2013 and joined the CCS faculty in 2022.
DAKOTA RAGON attended Pellissippi State Community College and received a degree in web design and development. He has worked in public safety and security for the last 8 years, including at the University of Tennessee police department and Knox County Schools as an officer.
LEA ANN VOILES is the Guidance Counselor, and she has been working as a Guidance Counselor since 2003. She earned an M.Ed. and a B.A. in School Counseling from Carson-Newman University and is certified in counseling by the state of Tennessee. Mrs. Voiles is also the National Honor Society Sponsor for the High School.
Administrative Support Staff
JULIE ARNOLD has been working as the Registrar and Middle School Administrative Assistant since 2015. She received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee Law School. She received a B.A. in Political Science and Speech & Theatre, with a concentration in Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee.
Mary Daws has been the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director since 2023. She is currently the middle school volleyball coach. She has held other positions at CCS such as substitute teacher and office assistant. She has served on the Concord Parent Committee and the Gala Committee.
ANDREA GRUIDL is the High School Administrative Assistant. She earned an A.A. in Arts and Sciences from Las Positas University in Livermore, California. She has been working in education since 2018.
NICOLE HARMAN is working in the finance office as an Assistant Bookkeeper. She earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from Strayer University. She joined the CCS staff in the Fall of 2023.
STEPHANIE KIRKPATRICK is the Elementary Receptionist. She attended Roane State Community College majoring in Computer Science. She then went to work for a Naval Contractor in Oak Ridge, TN as a Computer Operator.
RACHEL NEWSOME is the Middle School Administrative Assistant. She earned a B.S. in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. Mrs. Newsome worked for three and a half years with an adult education program for those with severe and persistent mental illnesses before coming to work at CCS in 2015.
LISA ROBERTS is working in the finance office as Assistant Bookkeeper. She is a registered nurse with an A.A. of Applied Science in Nursing from Auraria Community College in Denver, Colorado. She has been working at CCS since 2006.
ANGELA SNYDER is the Administrative Assistant to the Elementary Principal. She earned a B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee. She has worked in education since 2003.
AMY STEGER is the International Housing Coordinator and also an Elementary Receptionist. She earned a B.A. in English Literature and Speech Communications from the University of Tennessee. She joined the CCS staff in the Spring of 2023.
